COVID-19 Notification

At First Farmers & Merchants Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities are our top priority. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to help support community health management efforts, we are temporarily suspending lobby access at our branch locations across Minnesota. These changes will go into effect Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and will continue until further notice. 

Online and Mobile Banking
We encourage you to manage your accounts using online and mobile banking. These 24/7/365 services allow you to safely view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more – right from the comfort of your home. Text and data rates may apply.

Drive Thru’s and Night Deposit Box Services
Our drive thru services remain available during regular hours and offer most banking services. If you don’t have a vehicle, you are welcome to visit our drive thru locations on bicycle or as a pedestrian. For your safety, we recommend using the lane closest to the building and ask you to be alert to other traffic. Customers may also continue to use the night drop boxes available at all of our locations.

Our ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are accessible 24/7/365.

As always, you are welcome to call your local branch to speak with a lender or Customer Service Representative. Also, our Help Desk is available by dialing 866-733-3444 if you have any technical support needs. Please note, you may experience an extended wait time due to high call volume.
