*Please note that each customer is charged for this service. For example, if two users with a joint account log on to Online Banking with different Usernames and both use Bill Pay, this would result in a charge for each individual.
Features
- You are in control of your payments by setting up the amount, date, and frequency of the payment. Payments can be set up as automatic, recurring, or one-time payments from your FF&M checking account.
- There is a merchant search feature for quick and easy payee set up. There are hundreds of same day payment merchants available within the system to allow for faster processing times.
- The provider of Bill Pay guarantees the arrival of payments by the selected delivery date.
How to Enroll
All personal accounts can enroll in Bill Pay within Online Banking.
In Online Banking, the first time you click on the Pay Bills tab or the Bill Pay quick link, you will be automatically enrolled in Bill Pay. Then accept the Terms and Conditions to access the service.
