Job Summary
As a Business Support Assistant, you will provide business digital banking support and perform operational tasks within the Shared Services division of First Farmers & Merchants Bank and Liberty National Bank. The position will be filled in our Cannon Falls, MN or Sioux Falls, SD location and will provide services to 6 bank charters with 27 locations. Duties will be performed in accordance with established written procedures.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for business setup and support of various digital banking services which includes: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, Merchant Capture, ACH, Wires and Positive Pay
- Perform wire transfer transactions for affiliate banks
- Perform indexing of deposit and loan documents for affiliate banks
- Perform select account reconcilements
- Assist with producing monthly reports using various software
- Perform various operational duties as requested when new Shared Services functions are established
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bank’s policies and procedures and perform all activities according to these guidelines
- Other duties as requested

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years post-secondary education or relevant work experience with emphasis in computer skills is preferred
- Two years banking experience preferred (working in the financial services industry or a call center is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word programs
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Job Type
This is a full-time position at our Cannon Falls location. Full-time hours are approximately 34-40 hours/week.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Banking experience preferred, not required
