First Farmers & Merchants Bank is seeking a Relationship Business Banker for its Red Wing Office. This position is very customer service oriented and the successful candidate must be self-motivated. The position assists the Business Banking Team in maintaining and growing its business loan and deposit relationships. Assists in loan documentation, file management and lending compliance. The position reports directly to the Bank President. This position is a non-lending position. Must be able to communicate with customers and management in a professional manner both written and verbally. A strong positive attitude and abundant enthusiasm is required. Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
