Responsibilities
- Assist Lender in the Management of Loan Files
- Complete Loan File Checklists and Secure Missing Documentation
- Monitor Customer Financial, Title and Insurance Reporting Requirements
- Ensure System Tracking is Current
- Track and Monitor Document Exceptions
- Assist Lender in Loan Closing Preparation
- Obtain Title Work and Record Collateral Documents
- Order Flood Certificates
- File UCCs and Conduct Lien Searches
- Process Loan Advances and Payments
- Various Other Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Experience in a Financial Setting Preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Required
- Proficiency in Fiserv Core System a plus
