Loan Administrator

Job Summary
Primary functions of this position include documentation of all types of loans including consumer, agriculture, commercial and real estate.
  • Assist Lender in the Management of Loan Files
  • Complete Loan File Checklists and Secure Missing Documentation
  • Monitor Customer Financial, Title and Insurance Reporting Requirements
  • Ensure System Tracking is Current
  • Track and Monitor Document Exceptions
  • Assist Lender in Loan Closing Preparation
  • Obtain Title Work and Record Collateral Documents
  • Order Flood Certificates
  • File UCCs and Conduct Lien Searches
  • Process Loan Advances and Payments
  • Various Other Responsibilities

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a Financial Setting Preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Required
  • Proficiency in Fiserv Core System a plus
