Customer Service Representative--Full Time--Luverne, MN
Summary/Objective:
Customer Service Representative will assist customers with all Bank products such as new accounts, debit cards, safe deposit boxes by Face to Face or via phone or email.
Essential Functions:
Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as opening consumer and business accounts, funds transfers, stop payments, inquiries about bank deposit products and service charges, inquiries about ATM and debit card usage and limits, ordering cards and inquiries about fraud on deposit accounts, and cross-selling bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the bank’s program standards.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time (38-40 hours)
Monday through Friday and a Thursday night rotation.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- 2 years bank experience preferred, not required
