Brian Pfarr is the President and CEO of First Farmers & Merchants Bank in Pipestone and Luverne. He has a lifetime of agricultural experience, growing up on a farm, managing a large corporate farm, owning a part of a poultry farm, and teaching Farm Business Management at South Central College prior to joining the bank in 2005. In 2008, he was named Manager of the Year for the Short Companies. Colonel Pfarr retired from the MN National Guard in 2021 after more than 34 years of service. He is a member of the Legion and VFW, and a member of the Le Sueur Lions Club. Brian is active at St. Anne's Church in Le Sueur where he serves as the Chair of their Finance Council and is a past School Board member of Le Sueur-Henderson Schools ISD 2397.
