Dale has been in the Ag lending business for almost 40 years, working first for FmHA and then Production Credit and Norwest/Wells Fargo Bank prior to being with First Farmers & Merchants for almost 20 years. Having grown up on a farm, he has always had a good feeling remaining close to the common sense approach and family values that continue to be readily apparent in ag and rural communities.
