Kathy has been in the banking industry for over 25 years. She handles all types of loan options, but primarily focuses on Ag lending. She enjoys cultivating relationships with farmers and assisting with their ever changing needs as the economy changes. Kathy is one of the founding board members of the Spring Valley Area Community Foundation and has lived in Spring Valley area her entire life. Dave has been in the banking industry for almost 30 years and has been at First Farmers & Merchants for 7 years. He is the Bank President for the Grand Meadow and Stewartville locations and also specializes in Ag and Commercial Lending. Dave is active member of the Stewartville & Grand Meadow communities. He is President of the Grand Meadow Economic Development Authority, a member of the Stewartville UMC Staff Parish Relations committee, and is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Stewartville and Rochester.
